Thank you for supporting a small business. At Blue Sheep Boutique we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to receive a refund on your order total (does not include shipping). Item must be in its original condition, unwashed and unused. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and is not refundable.
Sale items cannot be returned. Orders are final on sale and clearance items.
USPS is used to ship all items.
At Blue Sheep Boutique I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches the post office. Please understand the package is no longer under my control once it is scanned at the post office. If you want to add insurance to your purchase, please contact me before purchasing. If you decide not to purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS, I am not responsible and cannot offer a refund.
Shipping typically occurs within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping occurs from Fort Worth, Texas. First Class shipping typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Priority shipping usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address.
